Founded in 2021 by Lauren LeMaster and Rebeckah Blossman, Master and Man Design is a full-service interior design firm specializing in residential and commercial projects.
Our mission is to create inviting, livable spaces that deepen the connection between people and the environments they share. Every project begins with an understanding of how a space is used, how it feels, and how design can enrich that experience.
While aesthetics are important, we believe the true beauty of a space lies in how well it serves its purpose. Each design we craft is personalized, every material, finish, and detail is thoughtfully selected to reflect our clients’ needs and ensure longevity within its environment.

Rebeckah earned her Bachelor of Architecture with a Certificate in Historic Preservation, Master of Architecture, and Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development, all from Tulane University.
Her lifelong passion for the built environment continues to shape her approach to design today. With extensive experience as a Project Manager in design-build construction and real estate development, Rebeckah brings a comprehensive understanding of spatial design, construction methods, project management, and sustainable design practices to every project.
In addition to her design work, Rebeckah serves as a Development Consultant, guiding developers through each phase of their projects, from concept to completion, while skillfully navigating the complexities of residential and commercial development.
She believes that every space should embody the authenticity of its users and its context, harmonizing personal style, functionality, and architectural integrity to create environments that are both meaningful and enduring.

Lauren earned her Bachelor of Interior Design from the Fay Jones School of Architecture at the University of Arkansas. A Fayetteville native, she relocated to New Orleans in 2015 after several years in residential and commercial design in Arkansas.
Her experience spans a diverse range of projects, from new residential construction and renovations to large-scale commercial hospitality. Lauren values the importance of close client relationships and brings a deep understanding of design management and execution.
She believes great design can be both timeless and sustainable, balancing classical and contemporary elements to create spaces that feel distinctive and personal.
